Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use NearWhen. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security.

NearWhen may allow sign-in through Google. Your use of that provider is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.

We use OAuth-provided data only to authenticate you and maintain your account in NearWhen.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as profile and trip information). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve NearWhen.

You represent that you have the rights required to share the content you submit.

You agree not to:

• violate laws or third-party rights;
• attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the service;
• upload malicious code or abuse platform security;
• use NearWhen to harass, impersonate, or deceive others.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of NearWhen from time to time. We may also update these Terms, with updates effective when posted.

You may stop using NearWhen at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

You may request account deletion by contacting us (see Contact).

NearWhen relies on third-party services (for example hosting, email, mapping/geocoding, and identity providers). We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable integration duties.

NearWhen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NearWhen and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, excluding conflict of law rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
